We will be holding our AGM and prize giving night and hope as many fencers and family can come along.
The AGM will be fairly straightforward and we would like folk to come along to get discussion going on:
How to use current funds and fundraising ideas. Examples would be to aid trips away, or to use on equipment etc.
We will need volunteers to help with our Fencing festival of June 20th /21st. We are expecting fencers from south for this and want to maximise the numbers of both Shetland and visiting fencers. We will put on a meal at the Boating Club on the Sat night and would like to be able to run a refreshments table at the Clickimin with volunteers doing 'shifts' to cover the days. We would also like to have some volunteers who can drive visitors if necessary,
Help with taster sessions, volunteers can be both fencers of all ages and parents interested to learn some fencing assistance.
